Star Wars Death Star

Hi there!!!

While waiting impatiently for the new Star Wars movie due this December, I decided to crochet something movie related (Darth Vader needs a home, right? :) ).
I found a cute pattern for a Death Star pillow here. It's not hard at all, you just have to pay attention and count thoroughly your stitches. The pattern is made with a pattern calculator and the stitch count is a little weird.
I changed a little the stitching adding my own twist.
In the end, I expected it to be bigger but I'm happy with it. The yarn and the crochet hook size pay a big role if you want it in a bigger size.

I hope you like it as much as I do!
May the force be with you!

Materials used: Alice yarn (grey) and Lydia yarn (for stitching the details) from It Took Two, crochet hook size 5 mm, pattern by Pops de Milk

They were so easy to crochet and I had them done in no time. Now I just need a tree! :)

Aviator Hat

Since winter is just around the corner, you can warm your sight with this cute aviator hat! It was such a pleasure to work this pattern and to use for the first time Drops Merino Wool.
I changed the pattern a little using fluffy yarn instead of the normal one for a more puffed up and cosy appearance.
Enjoy!

Mr. Owl (Mr. Murasaki)

Vacation passed quickly and I am back at work! I couldn't wait to get back to my cute projects.
Since Mr. Owl was such a success, I decided to make more! Mine is currently used as a pin cushion :)

A friend asked me to make two opposite color Mr. Owl for her and her sister. I decided to take it a little further and transform them into key chains. Thanks to my friends from It Took Two who helped me with the key chains it was a success!
You can see the results below:
